BookMyShadow respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Customers: name, WhatsApp number, service location, booking details and payment status (card/UPI details are handled only by our payment gateway).
• Partner applicants: name, phone, email, age, city/area, services, availability, languages, and the type of ID you will show for verification. We do not collect ID numbers through the website.
• Website: basic technical logs needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it

To process bookings, match customers with partners, send booking updates on WhatsApp, process payments and payouts, verify partners, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Who sees it

Partners only see the customer information needed to complete a booking. Customers do not receive a partner's personal phone number or address. We share data with service providers that help us operate (WhatsApp Business Platform, payment gateway, hosting, our CRM) only as needed. We do not sell your data.

Retention and your rights

We keep booking and financial records as long as needed for operations, disputes and legal requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to bookmyshadow@gmail.com.
