Shadow Partner Terms

1. Relationship

Shadow Partners provide services as independent partners, not employees of BookMyShadow. Partners choose their availability and which booking requests to accept.

2. Eligibility & activation

A partner becomes active only after document verification, required training and administrative approval. BookMyShadow may ask for more information ("Action Required") at any stage.

3. Scope of services

Partners provide only the non-medical services they are approved for. Partners must not perform medical, nursing or clinical tasks, give or decide medication, or carry out tasks outside the booking.

4. Conduct & privacy

Treat every customer with dignity. Keep customer information confidential, do not contact customers outside bookings, and never ask for or handle OTPs, PINs or card details.

5. Pricing & payouts

Prices are set by BookMyShadow. Partners must not negotiate prices or accept payments directly. Payout rates, schedules, applicable taxes and deductions will be set out in the final agreement.

6. Incidents & suspension

Safety complaints are reviewed by a person. A partner may be temporarily paused while an incident is reviewed.
